Do you move furniture and personal belongings?
To ensure the highest level of safety for your items and the efficiency of our crew, we ask that all furniture be moved to the center of the room or removed entirely before we arrive. We focus 100% of our energy on the precision of the paint finish, so having a clear workspace allows us to maintain our "zero-defect" standard.
Will there be a strong paint smell?
It depends on the project needs. For standard top-coats, we use high-quality, low-VOC paints that have very little odor. However, if your walls require specialty primers (like B.I.N. for stain or odor blocking), there will be a temporary chemical scent while it cures. We always prioritize ventilation to ensure your home returns to a "neutral" scent as quickly as possible.
Do I need to be home while the crew is working?
That is entirely up to you. Most of our clients feel comfortable going about their day or running errands while we work. We maintain a tidy, professional workspace and ensure your home is secure and clean at the end of every shift.
